Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) is for everyone who uses our services, products and tools. Its purpose is to keep our users safe and make sure our services, products and tools are used in a responsible way.

Please note that AI based systems can sometimes generate information that is not accurate, harmful, or shows bias. We strive to develop safe and independent systems, but we need your help. Please check the accuracy of the information provided by our systems and contact us at [email protected] if you find any inaccuracies, biases, or harmful content.

Restrictions on Use

We prohibit the use of our products and services for the following activities:

Abusive or fraudulent content. You must not use our products or services to:

  • Send or promote spam;
  • Create content for scams, phishing, or malware;
  • Break into computer systems or networks, including using spoofing and social engineering;
  • Harm the security, integrity, or function of any user, network, computer system, communications system, software, or device;
  • Infringe on anyone’s privacy or other rights as defined by privacy laws;
  • Misuse confidential or personal information;
  • Disrupt or negatively affect our products or services.

Child sexual exploitation or abuse content. Any content that exploits or abuses children is strictly forbidden and will be reported to the appropriate authorities. This includes content related to grooming, pedophilia, and any form of nudity, as well as content that supports or shares materials related to child sexual exploitation or abuse.

Deceptive or misleading content. You are not allowed to:

  • Participate in fake coordinated activities or spread false information;
  • Create deceptive or misleading content;
  • Be involved in multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes.

Illegal or highly regulated goods or services content. You must not use our products or services to:

  • Conduct any illegal activities;
  • Provide guidance on producing or trading illegal substances or goods;
  • Encourage or instruct on illegal services;
  • Develop, promote, distribute, produce, or use weapons, explosives, or other harmful materials, substances, systems or devices intended to harm or kill;
  • Offer guidance on committing crimes;
  • Participate in gambling or betting.

Psychologically or emotionally harmful content. Do not use our products or services to:

  • Promote or participate in self-harm;
  • Shame, humiliate, bully, celebrate suffering, or harass others.

Sexually explicit content. You are prohibited from:

  • Creating pornographic material or content intended for sexual gratification, including descriptions of sexual acts or fetishes;

Violent, hateful, or threatening content. You must not use our products or services to:

  • Threaten, incite, or promote violence or terrorism;
  • Describe or encourage violent acts;
  • Promote hate speech or discrimination.

Specific Restrictions and Prohibited Uses

In our commitment to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment, we specifically prohibit the use of our services, products and tools for creating, analyzing, processing, distributing, promoting, or publishing content related to the following sensitive topics:

  • Political Content: Any content that involves political campaigning, political debates, political perspectives, election outcomes or other forms of political advocacy or lobbying is strictly prohibited.

  • Religious Content: We do not allow content that promotes, criticizes, or otherwise discusses religious beliefs, figures, practices, dissemination, proselytizing, or any form of religious activism.

  • Gambling: Creating or promoting content related to gambling, including online betting, casinos, and sports betting, is not permitted.

  • Trading and Financial Speculation: Content related to trading or financial speculation, including stocks, commodities, and cryptocurrencies, is prohibited.

  • Sensitive Identity Topics: Content that identifies, targets, or discriminates against individuals, groups, societies, and countries based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or similar personal characteristics is forbidden.

  • LGBTQ+ Related Content: Content that debates, promotes, or discusses LGBTQ+ rights, activism, or other related sensitive matters is not allowed.

  • Medical Content: Our services must not be used for providing or promoting any form of medical advice, treatment recommendations, or health care guidance.

  • Harmful or Violent Content: Content that promotes, depicts, encourages, glorifies, provides guidance, or encourages harm or violence towards animals, nature, or any living beings is absolutely prohibited.

  • Arms, Firearms, and Weapons of Mass Destruction: Content that involves the promotion, sale, discussion, or any use of arms, firearms, and weapons of mass destruction, excluding sporting arms, is strictly forbidden.

  • War and Military Actions: The use of our services to support, promote, analyze, or discuss military actions, wars, military campaigns, or any aspects of warfare or armed conflict is strictly prohibited.

  • Monitoring individuals: It is forbidden to collect information about individuals or groups to track, target, or monitor their activities or identities.

This list may not be exhaustive, and we reserve the right to update our policies as necessary to continue to provide a safe and responsible environment.

Media entities and social media channels that produce, host, or disseminate content related to the sensitive topics listed above are not permitted to use our services, products, and tools.

This policy helps ensure the lawful and ethical use of our services and supports our ongoing efforts to maintain a positive community experience for all users.

Additional Obligations

If you use our products or services to provide legal, medical, or financial advice, you must take extra precautions:

  • Professional oversight: Ensure that all content delivered to your clients is reviewed by a qualified expert in that specific field before it is shared. Your business is responsible for the content’s accuracy and relevance.
  • Transparency: Inform your clients that you are using our services to assist in making decisions or giving advice.

If our products or services are part of an automated system that interacts directly with your clients or users, such as chatbots, you must clearly inform them that they are communicating with an AI system, not a human.
